1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to this institutional website and to the Automatizador IA platform, a proprietary tool for the analysis, management and controlled automation of Google Ads accounts owned by or explicitly authorized to our operation.

2. Proprietary tool and restricted access

The platform is for internal, restricted use. There is no public self-service registration. Access is granted only to administrators and authorized members of the operation, through individual credentials.

3. Authorized use

The platform may only be used to operate Google Ads accounts owned by the operation, managed by the operation, or for which legitimate management authorization exists. Authorized users agree to use the platform in compliance with Google Ads policies, the applicable Google Ads API terms and current legislation.

4. Prohibited conduct

Using the platform for any of the following is forbidden:

  • Accessing accounts without authorization;
  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent advertising-platform policies, reviews or suspensions;
  • Cloaking, destination hiding or traffic manipulation;
  • Generating artificial clicks, impressions or conversions;
  • Bulk account creation;
  • Scraping data in violation of third-party terms;
  • Compromising the security, availability or integrity of the platform;
  • Any unlawful activity or activity that violates third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

The software, brand, logo, design and contents of this website and platform belong to the party responsible for Automatizador IA and are protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited. Google Ads and Google Ads API are trademarks of Google LLC.

6. Availability

The platform is under development and may be changed, suspended or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time. Uninterrupted availability of this website or the platform is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the party responsible for Automatizador IA is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the platform, nor for decisions made by third parties — including advertising platforms — regarding the managed accounts.

8. Security

Authorized users must keep their credentials confidential and immediately report any suspected misuse. The platform's security controls are described on the Security page.

9. Access suspension

Any user's access may be suspended or terminated in the event of a violation of these Terms or applicable policies, or when required for security reasons.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
