How Automatizador IA uses the Google Ads API

Public documentation of the planned integration's use case: purpose, operations, authorization, data handling and policy commitments.

The Google Ads API integration is currently at the access-request stage. Nothing on this page should be read as a statement that the application has already been approved by Google.

Purpose

The Google Ads API will be used to retrieve, organize and manage data from Google Ads accounts owned by or explicitly authorized to our operation, within an internal campaign-operations platform.

Planned operations

Retrieval

  • Information about authorized accounts;
  • Campaigns, ad groups and ads;
  • Keywords and settings;
  • Metrics, costs, conversions and performance data.

Management

  • Campaign creation and updates;
  • Budget management;
  • Status changes (enable and pause);
  • Creation and updates of ad groups and ads;
  • Management of keywords and negative keywords;
  • Settings related to the managed campaigns.

Reporting

  • Internal tracking reports;
  • Metrics consolidation and comparisons;
  • Result tracking and operational diagnostics.

Role of artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence acts as an assistance, interpretation and orchestration layer. It can analyze metrics, organize information, generate recommendations and turn authorized instructions into structured operations.

The AI does not have unrestricted or independent access to the accounts. The actual operations are executed by the platform's authorized backend using the Google Ads API, within the granted authorization limits.

Access authorization

The tool will only access:

  • Accounts owned by the operation;
  • Accounts managed by the operation;
  • Accounts for which legitimate management authorization exists.

There is no access to third-party accounts without authorization, and there is no public self-service registration.

Data handling

Data obtained through the Google Ads API will not be:

  • Sold or resold;
  • Made publicly available;
  • Shared with unauthorized advertisers;
  • Used to build external advertising profiles;
  • Used for any form of unauthorized access.

Additional details are available in the Privacy Policy.

Credentials and authentication

  • The tool never requests or stores Google account passwords;
  • Only Google's official authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0) will be used;
  • Credentials and tokens will be protected in a secure backend environment;
  • Tokens are never exposed to the frontend or committed to code repositories;
  • Access follows the principle of least privilege.

Policy commitments

Use of the tool is subject to Google Ads policies, the applicable Google Ads API terms and the authorizations granted by the managed accounts. The product scope expressly excludes:

  • Circumventing or evading policies and reviews;
  • Cloaking or destination hiding;
  • Evading suspensions;
  • Bulk account creation;
  • Traffic manipulation or artificial click generation;
  • Unauthorized account access;
  • Scraping as a substitute for the API.
