This Privacy Policy describes how Automatizador IA, the party responsible for this platform, handles personal data and operational information in the context of this institutional website and the internal campaign-management platform, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Who we are

Automatizador IA is a proprietary, internal-use platform for the analysis, management and controlled automation of Google Ads accounts owned by or explicitly authorized to our operation. The responsible party's contact information is provided in the "Contact" section of this policy.

2. Data that may be processed

• Name and email of authorized users;
• Contact information provided voluntarily;
• Technical identifiers such as IP address and session data;
• Identifiers of authorized Google Ads accounts;
• Campaign settings, metrics, reports and operation history of authorized accounts;
• Authorization tokens, stored securely on the backend;
• Technical access and operation logs.

3. Purposes of processing

• Providing and operating the platform;
• Authenticating authorized users;
• Accessing authorized Google Ads accounts through official mechanisms;
• Generating reports and performance analyses;
• Managing campaigns in authorized accounts;
• Providing support to authorized users;
• Maintaining platform security and preventing abuse;
• Logging operations for auditing purposes;
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Google Ads data

Information related to Google Ads — such as campaign settings, metrics and reports — is processed only to provide the features authorized by the account administrators. Access will happen exclusively through official authentication mechanisms and the Google Ads API. The platform never requests or stores Google account passwords.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data or Google Ads account data. Sharing happens only when:

• Necessary for infrastructure operation (for example, hosting providers), limited to the strict minimum;
• Authorized by the data subject or the account administrator;
• Required by law, regulation or an order from a competent authority;
• Necessary to protect the security of the platform, its users or third parties.

6. Retention

Data is kept only for the period needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide the authorized features and to meet legal obligations. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We adopt technical and administrative controls appropriate to the nature of the data processed, including traffic encryption (HTTPS), access control, least privilege, credential protection, operation logging and monitoring. See the Security page for details.

8. Data subject rights

Under the LGPD, data subjects may request:

• Confirmation that processing takes place and access to their data;
• Correction and updating of data;
• Deletion of data, where applicable;
• Information about data sharing;
• Withdrawal of consent and of granted authorizations.

Google account access authorizations can also be revoked directly in the security settings of the data subject's Google account.
